The book we had to read was a text that all teachers should read and embrace. The content is not just for White Teachers. Any teacher should be able to relate to the concepts. Some individuals may have gotten offended but maybe the content raised questions that one needs to answer within themselves. People need to step out of their comfort zone because the world was not created for one person (You).

White Teachers

White teachers need to hold all students to the same standards and not just their own race. It should not matter what race the students are.

Males in the Classroom

 "Not enough males in the classroom as teachers" is a crippling male students.
